Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Homacy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("Homacy"), and the individual accessing this website ("Recipient").

1. Confidential Information. All information contained within or accessible through this website, including but not limited to product details, technology descriptions, business strategy, commercial plans, financial projections, and brand materials, constitutes confidential and proprietary information of Homacy Ltd ("Confidential Information").

2. Obligations. Recipient agrees to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence. Recipient shall not disclose, reproduce, distribute, or communicate any Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of Homacy Ltd.

3. Use Restriction. Recipient agrees to use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential business relationship with Homacy Ltd and for no other purpose.

4. Duration. This Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years from the date of acceptance.

5. No Licence. Nothing in this Agreement grants Recipient any rights in or to the Confidential Information except as expressly set out herein.

6. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By proceeding, Recipient acknowledges that a breach of this Agreement may cause irreparable harm to Homacy Ltd for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and that Homacy Ltd shall be entitled to seek equitable relief.
